Account Registration and Management

Account details, including registered name and date of birth, cannot be changed after registration. If you have made an error during registration, you must contact support with supporting documentation. bdtk10 reserves the right to close and ask you to re-register if the error cannot be corrected within the existing account structure.
- All personal information provided must match the identity documents you may be asked to submit during verification.
- bdtk10 may carry out identity, address, and payment method verification checks at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- Accounts must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
bdtk10 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods suited to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of request.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. bdtk10 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges in accordance with their terms of service; bdtk10 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party charges.
Withdrawals are processed within 2–4 hours for bKash and Nagad under standard conditions. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above certain thresholds may be subject to identity verification before processing. - Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name will be declined and refunded.

- Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and form part of the overall agreement between bdtk10 and the Player when a bonus is accepted.
By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through techniques such as arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will be treated as abuse and may result in bonus cancellation, reversal of associated winnings, and account suspension.
- Welcome Bonuses: Available to newly registered players upon completion of their first qualifying deposit. Each player is entitled to the welcome bonus once only. Attempts to re-claim the welcome bonus via a new account constitute a duplicate account breach.

Prohibited Conduct

- Collusion and Match Fixing: Any coordination with other players, third parties, or event participants to manipulate game or match outcomes for financial gain.

bdtk10 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account may be restricted from withdrawals. The outcome of bdtk10's investigation shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
Account Closure and Suspension
Players may request voluntary closure of their bdtk10 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bdtk10 will process any pending withdrawal of available balance (subject to verification requirements) before closing the account. Accounts closed voluntarily for responsible gaming reasons will be flagged to prevent re-registration during the self-exclusion period.
bdtk10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Where an account is closed by bdtk10 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for administrative or compliance reasons unrelated to player fault, bdtk10 will make reasonable efforts to return the available balance to the player via their registered payment method.
Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming purposes are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in their account settings, or to contact support to arrange a formal self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. In the event of a full platform discontinuation, bdtk10 will provide reasonable notice and ensure that eligible account balances are returned to players via their registered payment methods.
